  • Step 2: Visit and Interview

    For the 2025-2026 Application Season, we will offer on-campus, in-country or virtual interviews for prospective international students.

    In-Person Visits
    : Prospective students and families have the option of scheduling a campus tour or shadow day. The campus tour will offer the chance to ask questions and tour the facilities while the shadow day allows you to attend classes as well.
     
    Virtual Visits: You cannot make it in person? That’s okay! Schedule a virtual tour, followed by an interview with the prospective student and a conversation with parents led by an admission officer. If you would like to speak with a specific coach, please let us know so we can make the connection for you. This personalized virtual visit is expected to last approximately 1 hour.
     
    Interviews can also be arranged during your visit. Please call 610.363.5352 or email admissions@mv-kanu.net to schedule an in person or virtual visit/interview.

  • Step 3: Complete Application

    We want to make the application process as streamlined as possible for you. Because many students apply to multiple schools, we accept the Standard Application Online (SAO) or directly with the Church Farm Application Online.
     
    Application Requirements:
    • The Standard Application Online, (SAO 2236)
    • On-campus or Virtual Tour 
    • Standardized Testing (SSAT/ISEE/PSAT; SSAT 2236, ISEE 393150)
    • Student interview (On campus, in-country, virtual)
    • English Language Proficiency test - TOEFL (7218), IELTS or Duolingo
    • Vericant Interview (required for all mainland Chinese students)
     
    Church Farm School is pleased to enroll a geographically diverse student body. Because Church Farm School does not offer a formal English as a Second Language (ESL) program, all students must enter Church Farm School with strong foundational English skills.

  • Q. Can international students apply early decision? 

    Yes. Early Decision is a binding decision for all students that have decided Church Farm School is their number one choice. Early Decision applications are due on December 15, 2024. If a student is admitted to our school in the Early Decision process, it is then expected that the student will withdraw all applications from other schools.
  • Q. If English is my second language, am I required to submit an English language proficiency test?

    Yes, if English is your second language, you are required to submit one of three English Language Proficiency Tests: TOEFL (school code 7218), IELTS or Duolingo. 

    The minimum scores required are:
    • TOEFL - 80
    • IELTS - 6.5
    • Duolingo - 100
  • Q. How are interviews conducted for international students? 

    All prospective applicants must go through an interview, whether in person or virtual. For the 2025-26 Application season, we will offer on-campus, in-country or virtual interviews for prospective international students.
     
    Information about Vericant: Vericant offers interviews to help assess English language ability. Vericant will conduct preliminary interviews and candidates will complete short writing samples during their visit with Vericant. Visit the Vericant website to schedule your preliminary interview.
     
    Vericant does not evaluate candidates. It sends all information to Church Farm School for assessment. Within 10 business days of receiving your Vericant interview, the Admission Office will notify you of your results and invite you to interview.
  • Q. How much is the international student application fee?

    The international student application fee for Church Farm School is $100 USD.
  • Q. Does Church Farm School issue the I-20 form?

    Yes; this school is authorized under federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students.
  • Q. What is the financial aid application process for international applicants? 

    • Church Farm has limited financial aid available for international applicants.
    • International applicants may complete the Clarity online application and follow the prompts for applicants filing outside of the United States. Applicants should upload the verification documents to their Clarity portal . Please do not send financial information or income verification via email.
    • International applicants should upload tax documents or verification of income for the 2023 tax filing year.
    • All currency figures must be converted to US dollars, and verification documents must be translated to English.

The Church Farm School is an independent boarding and day school for boys in grades 9-12 located in Exton, PA.
